Hope you all had a very merry Christmas! It’s boxing day now and we’re sitting outside our tent over looking the ocean at Mount Maunganui. Christmas day was spent doing the same thing – we started the day with a big breakfast cooked on the skottel and then spent the rest of the day on the beach.
