New waterfront development

I experienced a bit of a surreal moment this morning walking to work…

Lost in some classic trance from my iPod shuffle I suddenly realized that I was walking across a new bridge which I hadn’t seen before. It’s part of the new development that’s going up next to the Loaded Hog and the bridge must have been completed in the last week while I was off work.

On the ground floor of the new building that’s also being completed, there’s a sign for a new restaurant that’s opening soon. The restaurant…

@br3nda – on Ubuntu the -v only shows current file being copied. Gentoo shows proper progress indicators.
